Who is Optima for?

Who makes the decisions — Optima or us?
You do. Optima proposes concrete actions with the evidence behind them; planners shape them and managers approve. Nothing is published without a person’s decision.
Does Optima handle Ramadan and Eid?
Yes. Forecasting picks the right method for each SKU and has the Egyptian calendar built in — Ramadan, both Eids, back-to-school and the summer peak. Your sales team’s promotions and launches go on top.
Can we plan production that runs at a 3PM?
Yes. Production planning covers your own lines and production with a third-party manufacturer, in the same plan.
Do we need to replace our ERP?
No. Optima runs on top of the systems you already have. There’s no migration and no rip-and-replace.
Which systems can Optima work with?
Any ERP — or none. Start with standard Excel workbooks through one validated import, and later let the Optima Edge agent on your site send the same data on a schedule. A direct ERP integration is never required to start.
What if our data is incomplete?
Optima tells you. A missing forecast, rate or date is shown as missing and listed for follow-up with what’s needed to fix it. It is never replaced by a guess.
What happens if an Excel file has mistakes?
Every row is checked before anything is saved. If something is wrong, nothing is imported: you see the exact row and column of each problem, and can download the rejected rows to fix them.
Is our data secure?
Each company’s data is walled off from the others, every user signs in with role-based permissions, and the Edge agent can only sync — nothing else.
Does Optima use AI on our data?
Ask Optima answers from your own planning data and shows the sources it used. No external AI sees your data without your company’s recorded consent, and you can switch it off.
Who can change the plan?
Planners draft plans and propose orders; managers approve and publish. The person who uploads data can’t approve their own upload, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on how ready your data is. We map your SKUs, materials and lines with your team on the first call and agree the go-live plan from there.
How is Optima priced?
Per user, with implementation agreed separately. Contact us for a proposal sized to your team and sites.
